Our refund and cancellation policy is outlined below:
- Prior to December 1st you may receive a full refund when you cancel your event registration.
- From December 1st through February 1st, we’ll refund you 50% of your attendee registration.
- After February 1st no refunds are given.
- At any time you may give your registration to another person who wants to attend (you’ll need to contact us with their name and information), donate your registration to our scholarship fund, or use the amount you’ve paid as credit toward next year’s event.
