We are accepting vending applications until February 1st, 2018. Space is limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis (subject to approval).
Vending customers at NWTS are not limited to those attending the conference. The vending room is a 12,000 sq. ft. hall that is also open to the general public on Saturday and Sunday of the symposium for a free “Metaphysical Market and Reader’s Fair”. This is advertised extensively before the event and there are many people who come to shop and get readings in addition to those registered for NWTS. This makes it such that even while NWTS registrants are in workshops, the vending hall is still busy with walk-in customers.
The vending hall is open for NWTS attendees only on Friday, and then open to all on Saturday and Sunday.
10’ x 10’ Space with one 6’ table and 2 chairs. Additional tables/chairs are available for rent or you may bring your own. This space may be shared by a maximum of 2 vendors. Vendor registration includes only 1 general event registration. Up to 2 additional registrations may be purchased at a discounted rate ($110). Booth Fee: $195
8’ x 5’ Space with one 6’ table and 2 chairs. This space may be shared by a maximum of 2 vendors. Vendor registration includes only 1 general event registration. Up to 1 additional registrations may be purchased at a discounted rate ($110). Table Fee: $150
Reader’s / Services Table
One 2.5’ bistro table and 2 chairs. This space is specifically for services (no merchandise may be displayed or sold). Services include: divination readings, energy healing, consultations, etc. The table may be shared with one other service vendor. General event registration is NOT included, but may be purchased for $110. These spaces are limited. Table Fee: $110
For N.W.T.S registered attendees we offer consignment vending as an option. For sales of books, card decks, and much more, without having to spend the weekend staffing a booth or table, we can include your items for sale in the NWTS Consignment booth. Items can be shipped in advance of the weekend or delivered to us on site (Friday from 12pm to 2pm). We will show them in our booth, handle all sales and pay you the week after the event Cost: $20 listing/accounting fee for up to 3 unique items (Additional unique items $5 each) plus 20% commission of total sales.
