Volunteer

Welcome and thank you for your interest in volunteering! Volunteering at an event like this is a great way to meet new people. If you enjoy talking with people or if you’re a little shy and need that specific reason to talk to someone, then volunteering is a great way to interact while helping the Northwest Tarot Symposium have another successful year. And, whatever your skills are we will put them to good use!

We have a couple of different options for volunteers and several shifts to choose from. Please read through this information then submit the application form. We have a limited number of volunteer spots available, so the earlier you sign up the better.

Note: We rely on the help of volunteers to run this event smoothly, please only sign up if you are committed. Anyone who cancels or does not show up for their shift will not be allowed to sign up in future years.

12 + hours option – if you’d like to help out for twelve or more hours during Friday, Saturday and Sunday you get the event registration for $85.

6+ hours option – working six hours or more at the event earns you the weekend for $110.

Fewer than 6 hours – we’re glad you can help out! Please register for the event at the regular price and let us know when you’d like a shift!

Available Shifts and Hours

If you’re application is accepted for a volunteer slot we’ll be in touch to schedule your shifts. Shifts are not scheduled until the event schedule has been published so that you have the opportunity to volunteer around the workshops and presentations you’d like to attend.
