We leave that up to you. Many people enjoying dressing up a little (or a lot) that evening, but it's not a requirement. For those who would like to, it ranges from evening wear, to renaissance dress, corsets, dressing as a favorite tarot card, and more! Have fun with it and wear what's comfortable to you.

Join us for the Friday Meet and Greet and Saturday Night Cocktail Party. Plus the vending area is open Friday afternoon and all weekend. There are a lot of great vendors to see and goodies to be had. In the vending area is also the lunch and break area with tables to sit and chat with friends, or explore your newly acquired decks, book and art. Treat yourself to a massage at the Massage Garden, a Henna Tattoo, get a professional tarot reading, or hangout at the hotel. And of course, Portland is always an amazing city to explore, if you are so inclined.
This is our exchange table. Bring a few decks or tarot related books that you want to find a new home for, leave them on the table and pick up a goodie that's new to you! Throughout the weekend people will be placing their items on the table and finding something new to take home. It is intended as a 1-to-1 exchange, so make sure to bring something in order to participate!
Two, actually! We will have one in the vendor's room (which is open to the public) and another table in the presentations area ballroom foyer (reserved for presenter's promotional materials). You are also welcome to place an advertisement in the NWTS programme.
That is up to each individual presenter. If you want to record a presentation, please as the presenter for permission. The default position is that recording is NOT allowed without express permission from the presenter.
In most cases, the material that presenters offer is proprietary and considered their copyrighted matter. To record the presentations and then make them available at a later time would create a very complicated challenge.
