Vending Information

Thank you for your interest in vending at NWTS and the
Free Psychic Fair  &  Metaphysical Market

We are looking for Artists, Divination Readers, Energy Workers, Authors, Jewelry Makers, and other vendors and artisans related to Tarot, Lenormand and other Body, Mind & Spirit subjects.

The vending room is a 12,000 sq. ft. hall with booths and tables for your services and wares. Vending customers at NWTS are not limited to only people attending the conference. The hall is open for NWTS attendees only on Friday, and then open to the public on Saturday and Sunday for a free “Psychic Fair & Metaphysical Market“.  This is advertised extensively before the event and there are many people who come to shop and get readings in addition to those registered for NWTS. This makes it such that even while NWTS registrants are in workshops, the vending hall is still busy with walk-in customers.

Vending applications are carefully considered for quality, presentation and similarity to other vendors, so please be specific in your description in order to help us select a good range of vendors and service providers for the event. This means that your application might not be approved, even if we really like what you’re offering, if we already have enough other vendors with similar goods or services, or doesn’t quite fit the theme of our event.

Vending space for this event will sell out. We will begin making vendor selection September 1st, and notifying accepted vendors at that time. After September 1st, we will still accept applications for remaining spaces, if any are still available.

Please read the information below about the types of spaces we have for this event. Once you have decided which type of space best suits your needs, follow the link to the Vending Application to provide your information. After we make vendor selections, we will send you notification, and if you are selected, an invoice through PayPal, which you will have until September 21st to pay to reserve your place. Spaces not paid for by September 21st will be subject to being offered to vendors on the wait list.

Regular “Vendor” and “Helper” badges are not eligible for admission to workshops and presentations. To attend workshops and presentations, you will need to purchase a separate Attendee pass in addition to the Vendor pass. Vendors are entitled to a limited number of discounted Attendee passes. Please refer to the Vending Space Option that you have selected to see what type(s) of discounted Attendee passes you are eligible for.

Vendor Updates

We have found that a good number of vendors are too busy running their booth to be able to attend workshops. So, rather than everyone paying a fee that included attendance passes that many were not planning to use, we lowered the vending fees over all, and made the attendance passes optional.

Attendance passes are still discounted for vendors. Please see the Vending Options list to see what sorts of passes are available to choose from, if you want to attend part of all of the weekend's presentations.
As NWTS has grown, we have gotten more and more vendors each year, to the point of being sold out of spaces.

We are working to make a range of different vending spaces in order to accommodate the varying needs of different types of vendors. We now have In-line, Corner and Extra Large booths, as well as smaller table spaces to select from.

We hope that you will find a space option that works well for you!
It turns out the Art Exhibit and Sales Tables were really not being quite the draw that we originally expected. We have more people who seem to want their own booth or table to sell their work, so we are repurposing that space to make room for more individual vendors.

Artists are still welcome to share a booth with other artists to have a "co-op" table of their own, if they wish.

Vending Options

In-Line Booth Space – $175.00
10’ x 10’  Space with one 6’ table and 2 chairs.  Additional tables/chairs are available for rent or you may bring your own.  This space may be shared by a maximum of 2 vendors.
(1) Primary “Vendor/Attendee” pass may be added for $50, and (1) additional discounted “Vendor/Attendee” passes may be added for $195 (Reg. $260) for those wishing to attend workshops & presentations.
Additional passes are needed for the Keynote Presenter and Professional Development extensions.
Electricity is available with this booth type.

Corner Booth Space – $215.00
10’ x 10’ Space with one 6’ table and 2 chairs. Additional tables/chairs are available for rent or you may bring your own. This space may be shared by a maximum of 4 vendors.
(1) Primary “Vendor/Attendee” pass may be added for $50, and up to (3) additional discounted “Vendor/Attendee” passes may be added for $195 (Reg. $260) for those wishing to attend workshops & presentations.
Additional passes are needed for the Keynote Presenter and Professional Development extensions.

Extra Large Booth Space – $255.00
10’ x 10’ Space with one 6’ table and 2 chairs. Additional tables/chairs are available for rent or you may bring your own. This space may be shared by a maximum of 4 vendors.
(1) Primary “Vendor/Attendee” pass may be added for $50, and up to (3) additional discounted “Vendor/Attendee” passes may be added for $195 (Reg. $260) for those wishing to attend workshops & presentations.

Table Space – $125.00
8’ x 6’ Space with one 6’ table and 2 chairs.  This space may be shared by a maximum of 2 vendors.
(1) Primary “Vendor/Attendee” pass may be added for $50, and (1) additional discounted “Vendor/Attendee” passes may be added for $195 (Reg. $260) for those wishing to attend workshops & presentations.
Additional passes are needed for the Keynote Presenter and Professional Development extensions.

Reader’s / Services Table – $90.00
One 2.5’ bistro table and 2 chairs.  This space is specifically for services (no merchandise may be displayed or sold). Services include: divination readings, energy healing, consultations, etc. The table may be shared with one other service vendor.
(1) Primary “Vendor/Attendee” pass may be added for $50, and (1) additional discounted “Vendor/Attendee” passes may be added for $195 (Reg. $260) for those wishing to attend workshops & presentations.
Additional passes are needed for the Keynote Presenter and Professional Development extensions.
Electricity is not available with this booth type.

Consignment Vending – Available to Attendees and Presenters Only
For NWTS registered attendees, we offer consignment vending as an option. For sales of books, card decks, other items, without having to spend the weekend staffing a booth or table, we can include your items for sale in the NWTS Consignment booth. Items can be shipped in advance of the weekend or delivered to us on site (Friday from 12pm to 5pm).  We will show them in our booth, handle all sales and pay you the week after the event.
Cost: $20 listing fee for up to 3 items, plus 20% commission of total sales.
